What a great effect Brad. It's reminicient of the fictional, superimposed audio and video signals which were a key component in the Jody Foster film, Contact. Such signal layering is also a common occurance on several sci-fi episodes of Star Trek.
This art is utterly amazing. I can only imagine the hours of frequency tracking and editing it took to make this composition!
